Interop Las Vegas is the flagship event in UBM Tech’s global conference and expo series. Held each spring, this “independent” technology conference aims to “inspire” and “inform” through live demos and implementations in the InteropNet program, training workshops, lectures, panel discussions, keynote presentations and awards celebrations. This year’s event boasted the co-located Cloud Connect Summit, as well as information sessions across seven tracks: applications, business of IT, cloud computing & virtualization, collaboration, infrastructure, mobility, risk management & information security and software defined networking tracks. And then of course, there’s the trade show floor — a swarm of vendors vying for views. Here’s an image sampling from the 300 odd exhibitors on site at Interop 2014.
