InsightaaS: Most ATN readers know that InsightaaS works closely with Techaisle, the California-based firm that is the world leader in IT-related SMB and channel research. Those of you who have read my book “The Death of Core Competency” will also know that it draws heavily on Techaisle’s extensive survey work. The infographic featured today presents a kind of ‘reverse twist’ on this approach: it’s a Techaisle infographic that is based on research that went into the book, plus some of the conclusions drawn from it. I certainly wouldn’t discourage anyone from buying the book, and it isn’t really possible to boil all of the deep thoughts contained in its 160+ pages into a single visual – but those looking for a quick synopsis will benefit from this one-picture perspective.
