InsightaaS: We generally post infographics on weekends, but this one was so good that I wanted to get it up for Friday. In it, Techaisle – the California-based research firm with which InsightaaS frequently works – has identified the key decision makers at each of nine stages in the IT solution decision process. The data comes from four surveys, two of which (US and Canada) covered more than 1450 respondents…so the data isn’t just interesting, it’s also very close to bulletproof. This is a great read for both IT and business professionals trying to understand how their roles mesh, and for suppliers trying to fine-tune their marketing and account management strategies.
